The challenge was to present the features and benefits of this service in an attractive and impactful experience, and also practice a recommendation speech.
Solution
A combination of distance learning methods:
an E-learning module, allowing discovery of the petshop service,
and two ‘reception desk scenario’ modules, to practice the speech in front of a customer.
A glimpse into the module
The vet is plunged into a clinical case requiring a fluidotherapy protocol. Realistic branched scenario in a 3D universe where the consequences of each choice are shown.
